ANO "Institute of Public Initiatives" joined the Open Declaration on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Business in Moscow. The main purpose of declaration is to prevent bankruptcy of the business.
Previously, the declaration was signed on June 18 by the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in Moscow, Tatyana Mineeva and the Association of Lawyers and Legal Companies for Registration, Liquidation, Bankruptcy and Legal Representation, represented by Vladimir Kuznetsov. It is aimed at the protection of the interests of entrepreneurs in Moscow, reducing social tension and improvement of the conditions for business development.
The main provisions of the declaration include the protection of business interests, assistance in obtaining legal support for entrepreneurs and prevention of bankruptcy proceedings. Another objective of the declaration is the initiation of new legislative initiatives that will provide for the benefit of the Moscow entrepreneurship. To achieve the goals and objectives of the Declaration, the Association of legal Companies on Registration, Liquidation, Bankruptcy and Legal Representation and the ANO Institute of Public Initiatives plan to open the Moscow Bankruptcy Prevention and Business Protection Center in the nearest future.
“In order to protect the business from bankruptcy, close cooperation with authorities and business representatives is necessary. We strive to raise entrepreneurs' awareness of the bankruptcy culture and to protect them from unforeseen procedures. The declaration will help us achieve this goal, ”said Dmitry Pomotilov.
“Interaction with the business community is an important step to solve the existing business problems. Only cooperation will allow us to see the strengths and weaknesses of the business and improve them. We are committed to developing a business protection and bankruptcy prevention strategy.
