ANALYSTS NOTE A DECREASE IN DEMAND FOR SMARTPHONES

At the same time, some of the sources talk about the most significant decrease in demand for Apple and Samsung brands.

In this context, I would like to note that various analytical data differ. While some sources talk about a reduction in both demand and supply of equipment, which is due to small turnovers of parallel imports, others say that in monetary terms, the demand for Apple and Samsung equipment is still leading.

At the same time, it can be said in a consolidated way that Chinese brands still occupy the strongest positions (if we move away from monetary terms).

This is due to the simultaneous decline in household incomes, the rise in price of premium brands and the low price of Chinese-made smartphones.

It is also worth noting that from the Tele2 analytical report it follows that the reason for the decline in demand may be to a large extent the seasonal factor.
