This tempting project is called “Eternal Position”, and its creators are the art figures Simon Goldin and Jacob Senneby. To implement the idea, they organized a fund, on the account of which there is a sum of 650 thousand dollars. The fund was created with the support of the Swedish Art Council and the Transport Authority.

Under the terms of the new project, potential employees are offered a rate of $ 2,300.

When it comes to the responsibilities, it is necessary to switch the lights at the set hours at the Korsvägen station in Gothenburg. That is all - nothing more is required from the potential employee.

The employee has a right to quit the position whenever he or she wants to. However, no one can forcefully fire the employee, and the term of work is 120 years. Currently 125 applications have been submitted for the vacancy. Among them there are many foreigners: citizens of the United States, Taiwan and the Philippines.

It is worth noting that the purpose of the experiment is to show people the prosperity of inequality in the society.
