A COURT IN ST. PETERSBURG SAVED YOUNG PEOPLE FROM A HARMFUL COMPUTER GAME
The Kirovsky District Court granted the administrative claim of the prosecutor's office. The verdict of the court is a computer game "Break me completely", posted on an Internet resource vseigru.net , was banned from distribution in Russia. The result of the court decision should be the subsequent blocking of access.

According to experts, the courts have already established the practice of establishing such prohibitions. At the end of June 2022, the same court considered a similar application of the supervisory authority. Then it was about the series "Hell Girl", filmed in the anime genre.

Anime was recognized as harmful to minors. The examination found that the series contains elements of a pornographic nature, forming false values among teenagers. As a result, the "Hell Girl" was banned.

The computer game, banned this time, according to the prosecutor and the judge who agreed with him, is also harmful for young people. The court decision states that the materials presented are of a psychotraumatic nature, may motivate illegal acts, encourage acts of violence against people around them.

The player could simulate accidents for a character whose role was played by a dummy.

It had to be "dropped" in the most sensitive way. The more injuries the character received, the more points the player earned. The game itself on the Internet portal was placed in the "games for boys" tab.

According to the United Press Service of the Courts, network monitoring allowed to identify harmful game on the Internet site. The site was open to any user. There were also no warnings or restrictions in order to copy and distribute information from the site.

The prosecutor's office, experts say, has the opportunity to act in the interests of an indefinite circle of persons. Who exactly was the developer of the game, in the statement of the press service is not reported.
