YACHT CLUB FROM YEKATERINBURG RECEIVED A BANKRUPTCY CLAIM
The basis for the claim was the decision of the arbitration court of March 21, 2022 (case no. A60-65969/2021), according to which the yacht club was obliged to transfer to the applicant more than 991 thousand rubles, including interest accrued from December 2, 2021 at the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
In 2019, Komatek signed a construction contract with GIK-Stroy. The contract amount was 1.104 million rubles. It had to be paid by January 25, 2019. However, in fact, the customer made a payment for 199 thousand, Kommersant reports.
On June 4 last year, GIK-Stroy transferred the debt of the yacht club to the company "Spetstechnopark" under the assignment agreement. Komatek, without challenging the existence of the debt in court, refused to recognize the rights of the new creditor. Also, the co-founder of the organization that manages yacht clubs is the Regional Real Estate Center. According to data from last year, the company received revenue of 23.7 million rubles. The company's expenses amounted to 44.2 million. That is, the company ended the year with losses in the amount of 15.9 million.
