WILDBERRIES IS SUED OVER UNPAID PROMISSORY BILL
The arbitration court received a claim from the ‘Due-diligence’ company in the amount of more than 75.13 million rubles on October 22. The defendant in the case (No.A41-77745 / 2021), according to its files, is Wildberries company, owned by the richest woman in Russia, Tatyana Bakalchuk.

According to the  @ruarbitr Telegram channel, the claim may be related to a promissory bill issued by Bakalchuk in 2017.  The maturity date of the promissory bill was determined not earlier than 2018.  However, after the promissory bill was presented for payment in 2021, the money was not received.

It is known that the ‘Due-diligence’ company is registered in Balashikha near Moscow.
The company operates in the field of law, as well as provides consulting and accounting services.
The authorized capital of the company is 1 million 10 thousand rubles.  Ruslan Minatullaev has been the CEO of company since May 25 last year.

The plaintiff company itself is owned by the sole owner, entrepreneur Karina Khan.  She also runs the Europlat company, which is responsible for the payment service of the same name.
The lawsuit against Wildberries from the Moscow region company has not yet been accepted by the arbitration court.
The experts, however, now have to rack their brains, expressing various assumptions about what exactly prompted the management of Wildberries to engage in settlements in promissory bills in 2017.
