VTB AND SBERBANK WILL BANKRUPT THE BOND ISSUER OR GROUP

Sberbank and VTB have filed applications to the Moscow Arbitration Court to declare bankrupt LLC OR (the issuer of bonds of OR Group, a Russian clothing and footwear retailer). This is reported by Fedresurs.

Credit organizations applied to join the cases initiated by LLC "CHOP" Brest plus" on the recognition of bankrupt structures of OR Group. These are Design Studio LLC and S-Tep Factory LLC. The first company specializes in the wholesale and retail sale of shoes, the second is a shoe factory.

In addition, banks have filed applications for entry into the case of bankruptcy of the micro-credit organization OR Group - LLC "Arithmetic". It was initiated by entrepreneur Yulia Zozulya. Alexander Zozulya also applied to join it.

At the same time, at the beginning of the week, the Moscow Arbitration court registered three claims for declaring LLC "OR" insolvent from Novosibirsk "TEK-Magistral", as well as Alexander and Yulia Zozulya. The claim of the microenterprise LLC "LineStar" on the recognition of the bankruptcy of PJSC "OR Group" was also registered.
