Voronezh manufacturer of aircraft interiors files for bankruptcy
Rusaviainter applied to the Voronezh Arbitration Court with a claim for its own insolvency.  Previously, the company has repeatedly found itself on the verge of bankruptcy, but so far it has managed to deal with debts and the litigation has been discontinued.

The organization has existed since 2003 and is engaged in the design of interiors for airliners.  The head office of the enterprise is located on the territory of the aircraft building plant in Voronezh ("VASO" JSC). Rusaviainter is managed by Alexey Uporov.  In 2020, a company with a minimum authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles received almost 755 million rubles in revenue.  Despite this, it ended the year with a loss of $165.7 million.
In 2019-2020, the company gained notoriety due to large salary delays.
For more than 4 months, the company did not pay to more than 400 employees, arguing its policy by the lack of financial resources.  After interference from the supervisory authorities, employees received 42 million rubles.

Soon the situation with wage arrears arose again.  In February, the company had to pay off the debts to 362 employees.  A few months later, it had to urgently pay off wage arrears in the amount of 45.7 million rubles to 242 employees, and in August to pay off the debts in the amount of 5.8 million rubles to another 158 people.

The story of wage arrears reached the Investigative Committee.  As a result, the management and the company were fined under article 5.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and a case under article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was initiated against the director.
But the misadventures of Rusaviainter did not end there, as the tax authorities also had claims against the company.
In July 2021, the court closed the case on one of the bankruptcy claims filed by MI FTS No. 15 at the end of 2020.  However, before the company had time to “get out” of the resulting financial hole, a new lawsuit was received from the tax authorities.  By the end of 2021, the company had to pay 50.2 million rubles on it.

In February 2022, Rusaviainter became a defendant in the bankruptcy claim of Aviasystems JSC in the amount of 2.8 million rubles.  The company did not pay off the debts under the aircraft lease agreement.  Already in March, the tax authorities again joined the case, having indicated 26.5 million rubles claims against the company.  Consideration of this case in arbitration is scheduled for March 28.
