NPP Stroystal may become bankrupt. The claim for the company's insolvency was sent to the Voronezh arbitration by the relevant city administration. Prior to that, officials of the local administration managed to win several cases in court on the recovery of debts on land lease from NCE. Representatives of the regional department also conducted a similar lawsuit with the enterprise in court.


NPP Stroystal was established in 2010. The company had to produce steel bars and solid profiles. The capitalization of the company amounted to 59.4 million rubles, Kommersant clarifies. Among the owners – Yuri Kabachenko (share more than 44%) and several others.

For several years, NPP has been hatching plans to build a small factory for the production of construction fittings. For this purpose, a land plot with an area of 2.5 hectares was selected in the Novousmansky district. It was assumed that the organization would produce more than 35 thousand tons of products annually.

In 2015, the mini-plant was on the list of regional investment projects of particular importance. But five years later, the state of affairs at the construction site has not improved significantly. The readiness of the plant was estimated by specialists at 5%. Shrubs grew on the land plot, and the object itself was abandoned. Such information is reported in the materials of the court.

It is noted that by now this is the fourth attempt to bankrupt the NPP. The first time this happened was back in 2011. Since then, several similar applications have been submitted to arbitration, however, it has not reached the competitive procedures.

Experts believe that it is too early to write off the company. At the beginning of this month, the organization managed to recognize the illegality of the decision of officials of the Novousmansky district to lease land. The court ordered the district administration to sign a 500 sq. m lease contract with the company . meters of land for a period of three years.

Before that, in 2021, the arbitration court sided with the officials, recognizing their refusal to conclude a lease agreement as legitimate. According to the court, the firm has already exercised its right by concluding a deal in 2015. After all, she was granted the lease of the territory for construction without bidding.
