TROIKA TRANSPORT CARD PRODUCERS ARE SUING MOSCOW METRO
Last week, Orenkart LLC filed a lawsuit against the Moscow Metro in the Moscow Commercial Court. The parties did not agree on the position in the execution of the contract concluded between them, after the termination of which the plaintiff lost almost 4 million. Orenkart LLC asks to recover this sum from the customer under the contract.

According to Kommersant, the company intends to return the money that was withheld by the Moscow Metro State Unitary Enterprise in connection with improper execution of the order.

The plaintiff's claims are that the customer, in his opinion, deliberately did not indicate the information necessary for the production of transport cards in the terms of reference of the contract.

The defendant, in turn, was dissatisfied with the quality of the manufactured products, which was the reason for the withholding of part of the funds and termination of the contract, however, by agreement of the parties.

In the opinion of the founder and CEO of Orenkart LLC, the manufactured product fully complied with the requirements specified in the tender. At the same time, for some unknown reason, the cards did not work in some of the already outdated metro turnstiles. In addition, the plaintiff's representative noted that the customer demanded that the cards be recorded with "a certain statistical sequence of data," but did not provide any information for this.

At the moment, the statement of claim has not been accepted for the court proceedings, but the procedural decision should soon appear on the website of the court.
