The chairman of the board of the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Hollywood film company, Kevin Ulrich, is accused of sexual assault. The case has so far been suspended, but the victim has the right to initiate it again.

The plaintiff, Jennifer Perry, stated that Ulrich made a sexual assault upon her in a New York hotel in 2019. According to her testimony, he used force, and then committed violent acts of a sexual nature. Perry noted that the situation caused physical and emotional damage, she faced mental distress and pain from contact with Ulrich.

A few weeks after the lawsuit had been filed, the girl's lawyer dismissed the case.

However, the process was terminated on the condition that in the future it can be initiated again for the same fact. Kevin Ulrich himself did not comment on the situation.

Ulrich heads the Anchorage Capital hedge fund, which owns 34% of the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer film company. In 2021, the studio should release a new part of the Bond film “No Time to Die”.

We should recall that as a result of the sensational case of producer Harvey Weinstein, accused of numerous sexual crimes, he was sentenced to 23 years in prison.
