The Voronezh Arbitration Court will have to consider the application of the Industrial Development Fund to recover 1.29 billion rubles from Yuri Kuchinsky. The bankruptcy trustee of Gribanovsky Machine-Building Plant (GMZ) believes that the main beneficiary of GMZ, who had a 90% stake in it, should bear subsidiary responsibility.

GMZ has been operating in the region since 2003. The company's revenue in 2020 amounted to 12.5 million rubles. This is almost 40 times less than a year earlier.

At the same time, the plant became insolvent. A similar fate befell other companies belonging to the holding "TSNO-Himmash". By now, competitive procedures are already being carried out in the company "Genborg" and at the parent company "TSNO-Himmash". The top management of the company calls the cause of the plight a bad economic situation.

It is known that the rights of claim that Sberbank previously had to the plant were bought out by Lipetsk Electric Motor (LED), working in partnership with Rostec Group of Companies. The assignment included debts of key structures of the holding in the amount of more than 2 billion rubles. According to sources, at the moment the activity of the plants is controlled by the LED.

Yuri Kuchinsky himself may also receive the status of a bankrupt in the near future. The claim for its insolvency was filed by Sberbank back in August 2020. Subsequently, the succession in this case also passed to the LED. However, the hearing was periodically postponed, despite the firm's desire to include about 483.5 million rubles in the register of Kuchinsky's debts. The next meeting is scheduled for August 16.
