On October 13, 2023, the arbitration Court (AC of the Tyumen Region) received an application from SUENCO (Siberian-Ural Energy Company). In it, she demanded to recognize the insolvency of Sibstroyservice (case no. A70-21891/2023).

The amount of the claim amounted to 23,459,346.38 rubles. On October 17, the court accepted the document for consideration. The meeting of the arbitration court, at which it is planned to check the validity of the submitted application, is scheduled for November 7.

Sibstroyservice is known in the region as a problematic developer. Earlier, the company several times announced the postponement of the delivery of the real estate being built. Initially, the company became famous in connection with the construction of a multi-storey building (LCD "Olympia"). The construction was planned from 2018 to 2020, but the company managed to complete the work on the delivery of the structure only in 2021.

An equally difficult situation has arisen with the residential complex "Moscow", the completion of which, according to RBC, shareholders have been waiting for several years. In 2021, the head of the region declared personal control over the construction of the residential complex. The regional authorities promised to take measures to ensure that residents receive the keys to the apartments by the end of 2022. However, in November, the developer announced that the building would be commissioned no earlier than the second quarter of 2023.

This is not the first time the company has faced a bankruptcy lawsuit. In 2021, the appeal to the court was sent by the shareholders deceived in their expectations, who did not wait for the promised deadlines (cases no. A70-21724/2021 and no. A70-15908/2021). At the end of 2022, the situation was repeated again (case no. A70-26566/2022). The amount of claims then amounted to 33.5 million rubles.

This time, the reason for SUENCO's appeal was debts on transactions related to the technological connection of the building to the power grid. The energy company also included 30.6 thousand in the lawsuit as damage that the builders caused to the cable transmission line by network damage.

Sibstroyservice has been operating in the region since 1992. The beneficiary of the company is called Vitaly Yurochkin. The company is headed by Leonid Murashkevich. According to data for 2022, the company entered losses of 134.3 million rubles, receiving about 54 million in revenue.

SUENCO operates not only in the Tyumen region, but also in other areas of the Trans-Urals. The company specializes in energy, including also the supply of heat, water supply and sanitation, maintenance and connection to the power grid. In 2022, the company received 18.8 billion, earning a profit of 1.1 billion. Local media call Artem Bikov and Alexey Bobrov the main beneficiaries of the organization.
