THE TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT FUND WILL BANKRUPT THE PRIMORSKY DEVELOPER
On August 31, the next meeting of the arbitration court of Primorye, considering the bankruptcy case of the construction company Aurora-Stroy, is due to take place. The company is owned by former candidate for governor from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Andrey Ishchenko. The plaintiff in the case is the public law company "Territorial Development Fund" ("FRT"). The amount of the claim is about 10 million rubles.

The foundation filed a lawsuit against the developer back in March 2022. In July, the arbitration court issued a ruling that the issue of the company's insolvency will be considered in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 7 of Chapter 9 of the Bankruptcy Law. There we are talking about a situation when a bankrupt developer was engaged in attracting money from shareholders.

Previously, Aurora-Stroy has already been subject to relevant lawsuits. One of the initiators was a division of the Federal Tax Service, which demanded 1.3 million from the developer. Most of the amount was eventually paid. Another creditor in the lawsuit was the company "Bor", which claimed 900 thousand debt obligations, but subsequently withdrew the statement of claim.

This time, the Primorsky developer was under attack from the government of the Russian Federation, acting as the founder of the "FRT". The Foundation is the legal successor of the organization for the protection of the rights of shareholders.

Recall that the owner of the company Andrey Ishchenko ran for governor in 2018. After the cancellation of the election results by the election commission of Primorsky Krai, due to numerous violations, Ishchenko declared a hunger strike and tried to run as an independent candidate. However, the documents submitted by him to the election commission were rejected. At the same time, the construction of an apartment building being built at the expense of shareholders was actually stopped.
