THE POLICE FILED A SECOND COMPLAINT AGAINST RAPIST VICTOR MOKHOV FOR VIOLATION OF SUPERVISION
The Skopinsky police department filed a second claim against Viktor Mokhov, known as the “Skopinsky maniac”. He is accused of violating administrative supervision.
According to TASS, the claims were filed with the Skopinsky District Court of the Ryazan Region. The police noted that Mokhov was obliged to undergo regular registration and stay exclusively in the area where he was registered. A few days earlier, Mokhov had already received a fine of 1,000 rubles for non-compliance with these requirements.
The case on administrative supervision will be considered on April 6.
We should recall that in 2000, Mokhov kidnapped two underage girls (14 and 17 years old). He kept them in his cellar until 2004 and raped them (one of the girls gave birth to two children), rarely fed them, and turned off the light. As a result, Mokhov received 17 years in prison, but recently has been released from the prison.
In just a month spent at large, Viktor Mokhov had an interview with Ksenia Sobchak and took part in a TV show, which was not released due to the negative reaction of the public. One of Mokhov's victims has filed a claim against him in the Investigative Committee in order to limit his public activity.
