The Nizhny Novgorod prosecutor's office latched on to the ‘Men’s State’ organization
The Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court received a claim from the regional prosecutor's office, demanding to recognize the ‘Men’s State’ as an extremist organization.  The defendant in the case is the founder of an ‘unregistered interregional association’, Vladislav Pozdnyakov, who, according to a number of media, is currently not in Russia.

The organization itself gained wide popularity in the country thanks to the harassment on the Internet, which the activists of the movement successfully spread against women living in contradiction with the ideology of the ‘Men’s State’. LGBT supporters and citizens who have married foreigners have become victims of digital bullying.
Despite that there are many facts indicating the violation of the law and the spread of nationalist, and sometimes openly fascist ideas, the law enforcement agencies have been paying no attention to the situation for a long time. Several cases, in which members of the ‘Men’s State’ were sentenced to imprisonment, seemed to be exceptions to the general rule.

In 2021, the organization's network attacks reached a new level.  Now their victims are catering and food delivery companies.  The federal chain ‘Tanuki’, which posted photographs of people of the Negroid race in the advertisements, became the first victim this summer.  The ‘Men’s State’ represented by Pozdnyakov demanded to remove posts with dark skinned people from ‘Tanuki’s’ social media accounts, as well as to apologize to the Russian nation.

Soon another delivery chain, the ‘Ebidoebi’ from Krasnoyarsk, the communication policy of which was known for its provocative nature, followed its path.  The owners of the chain did not fight with the Internet activists and removed all the content that caused criticism.
The head of ‘Tanuki’ Stanislav Koloskov said that he would not compromise his conscience and, despite serious losses, would seek punishment for the members of the association in every possible way.  In particular, he publicly appealed to Pavel Durov with a demand to block those Telegram channels through which the bullying takes place.
In the last days of September, the Barnaul chain ‘Tandyr No. 1’ became a victim of the ‘Men’s State’ as well. As in previous cases, Pozdnyakov suggested that his subscribers place orders without prepayment, and then refuse them.  The head of the network, Martin Orudzhyan, who positions his business as ‘multicultural’, had to ‘follow the lead of incomprehensible people’ in order to save his partners from ruin.  The entrepreneur's appeal to the police has not yet yielded tangible results.  However, the voice of conscience, apparently, has been heard by the representatives of the prosecutor's office of Nizhny Novgorod.
