The Moscow Metro intends to recover about 1.3 billion rubles from Moskovsky Metrostroy JSC. The reasons for the disagreement remain unsolved (case no. A40-51677/2024).
The two organizations have already met in court before. So, in 2019, the Moscow Metro won a dispute to recover a total of 26.8 million rubles from Moskovsky Metrostroy for unauthorized consumption of electricity by the latter at the Butyrskaya, Petrovsko-Razumovskaya and Fonvizinskaya stations (case no. A40-121678/2019). Despite the defendant's attempts to appeal this decision, the appeal upheld the judicial act.
Moskovsky Metrostroy is an organization that has been operating since 1931. Most of the existing stations of the Moscow metro were built by her.
