TKK "Interjet-Voronezh" was established in May 2000 and is registered in the Voronezh region. The company was located in the immediate vicinity of the Voronezh airport, which was closed after the start of its operation in February 2022. The company was engaged in refueling airliners with aviation fuel.
The organization's money problems began back in 2021. The local press then discussed the issue of a possible change of the base fuel operator. The company owns an oil depot, which it tried to put up for auction for 350 million rubles. In the summer of 2023 , they unsuccessfully tried to sell it for 200 million.
At the same time, the organization has actually been idle for more than 1.5 years, generating losses. In 2022, according to Kommersant, the net loss amounted to 34.3 million rubles. In 2022, the company received 277 thousand in revenue. This is 23.5 times less than in 2021. Over the past few years, various organizations have filed lawsuits against the company. The total amount of claims for them exceeded 31 million rubles.
It is known that the Russian government tried to support the air harbor in the fall. The organization received a subsidy due to long downtime. In February 2022, the tanker has already received an insolvency claim in the amount of 330.8 million rubles. Expert Bank tried to initiate bankruptcy due to a loan taken in 2018 (case no. A14-2855/2022).
As a result, the case was dismissed in February 2023. The court took into account that by order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) in August 2020, the organization was included in the register of subjects of natural monopolies in transport. The plaintiff did not take into account this fact, which requires compliance with special requirements when applying to the court with a bankruptcy claim.
