At the beginning of May 2023, Tomsk tax authorities appealed to arbitration with a claim for the insolvency of Solagift company (No. A67-3637/2023). According to the Federal Tax Service, the company owed 11,820,820.4 rubles. More than 1 million are insurance premiums for compulsory pension insurance, another 10.8 million are tax arrears.

It is curious that in the application, the employees of the Federal Tax Service are trying to initiate the bankruptcy of the company as an absent debtor under a simplified procedure. The tax authorities propose to start bankruptcy immediately, that is, to enter bankruptcy proceedings in the company, without going to the stage of external supervision.

According to Interfax, the lawsuit caused confusion among the company's management. The head of the company, Vladimir Kovalev, expressed confidence that the lawsuit will be terminated. The CEO believes that the Federal Tax Service violated procedural norms by not bringing its submission to the company.

The court also did not immediately accept the application of the tax authorities. Initially, it was left without movement. However, the documents required for the arbitration proceedings were eventually provided and on May 18, the application of the Federal Tax Service was accepted for consideration. The court session is scheduled for June 19.

According to information from the tax service, over the past few years it has increased profitability, reaching a net profit. In 2018, the company's revenue was 83 million, and by 2022 it had increased to 159 million.

Another site is the village of Semiluzhki (Tomsk region). The third place is the city of Vyshny Volochek (Tver region).
