THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE IS SEEKING BANKRUPTCY OF A TRANSPORT COMPANY FROM KHMAO
The interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 10 in Yugra filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the KhMAO demanding that Severtransresurs LLC be declared bankrupt. The company provides transportation services, and is also engaged in the installation and repair of drilling rigs.
The requirements of the Federal Tax Service, as indicated in the documents, exceed 13 million rubles. At the same time, according to the "Contour.Focus", the company owed over 18 million in executive productions. Part of the accounts of Severtransresurs were blocked at the request of the tax authorities.
At the moment, the court has left the application to the court without any reaction until August 3. The court required the plaintiff to provide evidence confirming the possibility of detecting the debtor's property, at the expense of which the costs of the insolvency case can be covered, or to provide consent to finance the procedure.
Earlier, as writes pravdaurfo.ru Severtransresurs reported that it plans to apply to the court for recognition of its insolvency.
