THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE INITIATES THE BANKRUPTCY OF THE PARTNER FIRM OF THE NASOLENKO BROTHERS
Representatives of the Federal Tax Service No. 17 filed a claim for bankruptcy of the Fortuna company with the arbitration of the Novosibirsk Region. The amount of tax claims exceeds 35.5 million rubles. Until March 17, the lawsuit was left without motion due to the existing procedural remarks.
The co–owner and head of Fortuna is Alexander Slobodchikov, a long-time business partner of Evgeny and Vitaly Nasolenko. In the past, they were all founders of the company "New Retail Chains" (received the status of bankruptcy in 2017). The company operated a chain of stores "Bahetle", "Dobryanka", and is now undergoing the procedure of bankruptcy proceedings.
Nasolenko and Slobodchikov were also the heads of the Retail Center. The organization went bankrupt in 2019. Rusbankrot in November 2022 wrote about a lawsuit against the former manager of this company for 7 billion rubles. The company "Abundance" applied to the court with him.
Russian Russian Merchant" and "RTK" ("Russian traditional Cuisine") are also managed by Slobodchikov. At the same time, the trading house, according to information from open sources, remains owned by Yevgeny Nasolenko. In addition, as RBC clarifies, it is Slobodchikov who heads the company "Russian Traditional Cuisine".
Yevgeny Nasolenko himself last month received a sentence in a criminal case in connection with tax evasion. The amount of damage caused to the state was estimated at 173.1 million. The businessman was sentenced to three years probation under Article 199 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The investigation decided that the head of the Retail Center in 2016-2018 will not pay VAT in full. To do this, the entrepreneur declared the data of the first quarter of 2017 in the reporting for the previous period. Nasolenko never admitted his guilt.
