THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICE INITIATES THE BANKRUPTCY OF THE BELGOROD "BELZNAK" BECAUSE OF 80 MILLION

The Department of the Federal Tax Service for the Belgorod region has applied to arbitration with an application for the insolvency of the company "Belznak". The lawsuit itself has not yet been accepted by the court for production. The amount of claims amounted to 80.3 million rubles.

The company was registered on the territory of the Rakityansky district in August 2007. The main direction of the organization's work is road construction. The main beneficiary and head of the company is Dmitry Kabalin. According to open sources, in 2022 the organization received 2.2 billion in revenue, earning a net profit of 20.4 million rubles.

In June 2023, Kabalin's firm was already suing the Transservice trading house, which is in the process of bankruptcy. Belznak was initially presented with demands in the amount of more than 100 million rubles. The basis for this was a contract signed in early 2021. The Transservice Trading House delivered oil products for 40.6 million rubles, receiving only about 528 thousand as payment.

Subsequently, the amount was reduced and the arbitration satisfied the claim, collecting 37.9 million rubles from the organization. About 1.8 million was the amount of the penalty caused by the violation of the payment deadline in the period from October 2022 to May 2023. The remaining part (36.1 million) was the amount of the principal debt.

It is known that several companies with similar names in the Crimea and the Borisovsky district of the region are also registered in the name of the owner of Belznak. Also, as Kommersant writes, he is the founder of the Belznak-Prokhorovka company and the Belgorod Old Garage company.
