Krasnodar Arbitration has received a claim for insolvency of the Vasyurinsky Meat Processing Plant (MPC). The initiator of the trial was Tatiana Fursa, who previously owned the plant. The court hearing is scheduled for April 10, 2023. By this time, the former owner of the company will need to bring information about the company's assets to the court and inform its management and founders.

The plant was registered in the capital of Kuban at the end of 1993. Despite the name, the company specialized in the cultivation of cereals and oilseeds. The parent company of the company has recently been Astrea Trading Ltd, registered in Cyprus.

Tatiana Fursa managed to be the sole owner of the IPC from August to October 2019. Before that, the owner of the enterprise was Sergey Fursa (from January to August of the same year). At the same time, the financial statements, last published for 2019, show losses in the amount of 2.3 billion rubles that the company suffered. The revenue at the same time amounted to only 327.7 million, which is seven times less than the amount of the loss.

For the organization headed by Yuri Fedornak, the bankruptcy lawsuit is not a big surprise. Earlier, credit organizations and tax authorities have already applied to the court with similar applications. The first such attempt was an application sent to arbitration in 2015 by Sberbank.

Later, in 2018, Rosselzozbank tried to initiate the insolvency of the MPC, RBC reports. The credit institution demanded 510 million rubles from the company, which had been recovered earlier through the court on the basis of a loan agreement from 2009.

In 2019, the tax authorities attempted to recognize the plant as insolvent. The firm, which by that time had 11 open enforcement proceedings in the amount of 17.9 million, received a bankruptcy application from the Krasnodar inspectorate No. 5 of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.

Whether the former owner will be able to bankrupt the company this time depends on whether she agrees to finance the insolvency procedure if the assets of the IPC are not enough for this. Earlier, in arbitration, Fursa had already obtained a decision to recover 8.3 billion rubles of debt from the combine.
