THE EX-MANAGER OF TOLYATTIAZOT DEMANDS ABOUT 880 MILLION FROM THE ENTERPRISE
The former manager of PJSC "Tolyattiazot" Alexander Makarov filed a lawsuit against the company with a claim in excess of 879 million rubles. The relevant information is published in the file of arbitration cases.
There is a possibility that the claim is most likely related to the recovery of payments due to him as a "golden parachute".
During Makarov's work at the enterprise, his owners were Sergey and Vladimir Makhlai. However, after a prolonged conflict, PJSC became the property of Dmitry Mazepin's structures. Makhlai was also charged with fraud on a particularly large scale and tax evasion, after which they were arrested in absentia.
According to the investigation, Makarov and Vladimir Makhlai signed contracts with the company "Nitrochem Distribution AG", controlled by the latter. The company sold about 4 million tons of ammonia at prices well below the global average. The trader also sold products at market prices, as a result of which the company underpaid the budget over 280 million rubles.
