THE ENTERPRISE OF THE MINISTRY OF DEFENSE JOINED THE BANKRUPTCY OF "TEKO"
A claim for insolvency of the energy service company "TEKO" has been filed with the arbitration of the Sverdlovsk region (case no. A60-17606/2023). The applicant was the "Main Military Construction Directorate No. 14" (FSUE "GVSU No. 14"), located in St. Petersburg. An enterprise subordinate to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation requires the defendant to pay a debt in the amount of 41,592,673.66 rubles.
At the end of February 2023, representatives of the tax authorities filed for bankruptcy of TEKO with arbitration. The company owed the treasury 1,269,522.48 rubles. The court in March considered the application and accepted the case for production (No. A60-8553/2023). The hearing was scheduled to take place on April 5. However, already on April 4, GVSU No. 14 filed a similar lawsuit with the court.
The reason for the unitary enterprise's appeal to arbitration was the contract concluded with the defendant in 2017. The company contracted to build a loading and unloading platform by the end of the year, thereby ensuring the functioning of a military unit in one of the Ural settlements. The contract value is 73.5 million rubles. However, the work was never fully completed.
According to Pravda UrFO, several more contracts were signed with TEKO in 2017. The price of the contracts exceeded 137 million rubles. In particular, in the same village of Kedrovka, the company undertook to equip heating networks and build 14 storage facilities with heating for the same military unit. However, the firm could not fully perform these works either.
According to data from open sources, several enforcement proceedings were initiated against TEKO last year. Their total amount is about 28 million. The beneficiary of the company is businessman Alexander Novoselov, who is also a co–owner of SOTEK (the company specializes in the collection and analysis of real estate). He is also listed as the founder of the company "RN Finance Group", which provides accounting services.
