THE DISTRIBUTOR OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT DEMANDS 2.7 BILLION FROM DELL'S DAUGHTER
The distributor of computer and household appliances and electronics OCS Distribution appealed to the court with a demand to recover 2,747 billion rubles from the daughter of an American corporation in the field of Dell computer production. The application is dated November 28, the relevant data are contained in the file of arbitration cases.

A foreign organization has suspended the sale of its products in Russia, which is why the company has difficulties with the execution of government orders. Thus, OCS Distribution is the executor of 162 contracts with the main customer represented by the Russian financial conglomerate Sberbank. As specified, the total amount of contracts exceeds 13 billion rubles.

Earlier, the distributor filed a claim for the recovery of 1.4 billion rubles from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, which also left Russia. The plaintiff and the defendant entered into a partnership agreement, under the terms of which the former assumed the rights and obligations of the distributor of Hewlett Packard Enterprise products. The latter refused to fulfill his obligations under the agreement without legal grounds, after which the plaintiff unilaterally terminated the contract and presented the defendant with a claim for a refund of funds for periods of non-provision of services.
