THE DISABLED PEOPLE OF VORONEZH FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE MANAGING COMPANY OF "PUTIN’S PALACE" IN GELENDZHIK

According to the information, contained in the Commercial case file, in August of this year, the Impulse Regional public organization of disabled people of Voronezh filed a claim with the arbitration court to recognize the bidding, through which a plot of the coastal area in Gelendzhik was leased, as invalid.

The parties of the deal - the city administration and the Impulse LLC - were declared as defendants in the case.

At the same time, the company is the managing the building, which was named "Putin's palace". The mansion is located not far from the sea and since the last year, thanks to a deal that was concluded at the auction, it gained access to the sea, having rented a 1.2 hectare plot of land through the Impulse LLC.

The claims of plaintiff are doubting the legality of the actions of the city administration and the Impulse LLC both.

The Voronezh Organization of Disabled People believes that, on the one hand, the city administration did not have the right to lease the coastal zone, and on the other hand, the Impulse LLC had no right to block access to the sea for the townspeople, since it contradicts the current legislation.

The statement of claim has already been accepted for the court proceedings, the first session is scheduled for November 3 this year.
