The Bank of Russia intends to bankrupt the capital JSC "Krosna-Bank". The corresponding application has been submitted to the Moscow Arbitration Court.
It is noteworthy that the court is currently considering a case on the liquidation of the bank. This is reported by RAPSI.
In addition, the Central Bank revoked the license for banking operations from Krosna-Bank. The credit institution violated federal laws regulating banking activities, as well as regulations of the Central Bank.
The bank also allegedly violated the law in the field of countering the legalization of proceeds from crime and was related to the financing of terrorism.
