THE CAPITAL'S RUSVENTECH COMPANY IS THREATENED WITH BANKRUPTCY

Zakdorstroy filed an application demanding recognition of Rusventech as insolvent on July 19, 2023 (case no. A40-161508/2023). This was preceded by a publication on the portal "Fedresurs" about the intentions to go to court. The information was made public on June 27, 2023 by the plaintiff's representative Dmitry Zhdanukhin. The lawsuit was temporarily left without motion due to procedural violations.

The basis for the bankruptcy of Rusventech may be debts that the plaintiff won in the arbitration court in several lawsuits in 2022. In one of the cases (A40-196799/2022), the decision was made by the Moscow Arbitration Court on December 6. Initially, it was a question of collecting more than 5.3 million rubles, however, later the plaintiff's claims were clarified and satisfied by the court in full.

1,137,511.91 rubles were recovered from the company. The main part of the debt was interest on a loan in the amount of over 938 thousand. The court also recovered the principal debt (154.8 thousand) and a penalty (44.5 thousand).

Another lawsuit in the arbitration court arose in connection with a debt of a slightly smaller amount (case no.A40-196786/2022). On November 30, a debt of almost 650 thousand was recovered from the defendant, as well as a penalty (204 thousand), interest (209 thousand) and state duty costs (20,655 thousand).

According to information published By the Internet project "Before the Court", the current bankruptcy application may actually pursue the goal of attracting the sole beneficiary of the company, Anna Koroleva, to the subsidiary. Another candidate for defendants, the publication calls Alexey Dobrynin, who was engaged in negotiations on a problematic contract that became the basis for debt.

Rusventech has been operating since 2017. Among the many types of activities indicated in the open data about the organization, the main one is the sale of devices and equipment. It was the failure to fulfill the conditions for the delivery of goods that became the basis for litigation on the part of Zakdorstroy.

The owner of the company, Anna Koroleva, at the end of 2021, established another company, Dobryninsky Hardware Plant. The company specializes in the manufacture of fasteners. It is still unclear whether the possible bankruptcy of Rusventech will affect the reputation of the business. The hearing is scheduled to take place in August 2023.
