TELE2 FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST ERICSSON

The mobile operator Tele2 has filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court against the Swedish company Ericsson and the Russian Satellite TVK. The information is published in the file of arbitration cases.

Thus, the reason for the proceedings was the refusal of organizations to fulfill their obligations to supply equipment. As noted, we are talking mainly about orders that were issued long before the sanctions were imposed.

Now Tele2 demands to collect fines and penalties from the companies, as well as to fulfill the terms of the agreements. It is not specified what amounts are in question.

It is known that before the mobile operator went to court, the parties tried to find a compromise, but they failed to reach a consensus.
