TAX AUTHORITIES INITIATE BANKRUPTCY OF AN IT COMPANY IN TATARSTAN
At the end of August 2024, the Tatarstan Department of the Federal Tax Service appealed to arbitration with a claim for the insolvency of Orgneftekhim It (case No. A65-27408/2024). The fiscal authority demanded that the organization pay 19,836,888.78 rubles of debt.

The beneficiary of the company is Alexander Babynin. He owns a 51% stake personally, and the remaining 49% through several legal entities of the Orgneftekhim Holding (ONX).

In early 2021, Babynin resigned from the position of head of the Inco-Tek company, which is a subsidiary of Tatneft. The top manager explained the change in his career by the decision of the majority shareholders to cancel the company's board of directors. At the same time, the ex-director then retained 5% of the shares of the organization owned by him, the main owner of which was Tatneft (80%).

After leaving office, Babynin decided to focus on Orgneftekhim IT, specializing in software development for the holding. The company specialized in the development of computer programs, located on the territory of Innopolis. Its director is currently Alexey Grishaev.

According to media reports, Babynin's company has gained fame in connection with several projects. In particular, Orgneftekhim IT participated in the construction of the GOSD plant, which allows distillate purification at the TANECO oil refining complex. The organization has developed projects to create a 3D master plan and a VR platform for the facilities that the Orgneftekhim IT holding works with.
