TAX AUTHORITIES BANKRUPT ULYANOVSK FORESTRY
At the end of April, the Ulyanovsk arbitration court received an application from the regional Federal Tax Service (case No. A72-5010/2024), and in early May the document was accepted by the court for consideration. In it, the fiscal authority demands that the Ulyanovsk Forestry State Unitary Enterprise (TIN 7325076742) be declared insolvent. The amount of the claims is 618,547.06 rubles.
As noted by the local press, most likely, the company will be declared bankrupt. This is due to the requirement of legislation on the mandatory liquidation by 2025 of all state unitary enterprises and municipal unitary enterprises established by the regional Ministry of Natural Resources.
A court hearing in the case is scheduled for June 11, 2024. On it, the court will check the validity of the claims declared by the tax authorities. The tax authority asks for more than 239 thousand to be included in the second stage of the register, and more than 164.8 thousand are the main debt of the third stage. About 198.8 thousand fines and 15.6 thousand fines were counted for the company. The reason for the debts were property taxes, including equipment owned by the organization.
For the last five years, the organization, while remaining an operating enterprise, has not carried out any activities. According to the founder, no one is currently working at the Ulyanovsk Forestry State Unitary Enterprise and it is advisable to liquidate it. In 2021, Ulyanovsk Forestry earned 259 thousand in revenue, receiving 121 thousand in profit. In 2022-2023, revenue decreased to 19 thousand. At the same time, 2022 brought losses to the company (219 thousand), and in 2023 the profit amounted to 358 thousand.
The reason for the termination of the forestry was the auction, in which the State Unitary Enterprise Ulyanovsk Forestry could not win. The change in legislation has led to the fact that forestry began to deal with forests in the region. Now the main role in this process is played by the State-owned institution Ulyanovsk Forestry. The Karsun Forestry Enterprise (OGAU) continues to engage in logging activities, but most of the sites in the Ulyanovsk region have a special status, some are leased for recreation.
At the end of 2019, it was decided to liquidate or reorganize all previously created state unitary enterprises and municipal unitary enterprises operating in a competitive market at the initiative of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The exception to this rule is state-owned enterprises working in the field of culture or providing for the lives of people in the Far North.
At the moment, part of the assets of FSUE has already been put up for sale. Applications from those wishing to purchase a transformer substation of Ulyanovsk Forestry are accepted until the end of May. Its initial price without VAT is 453,985 rubles.
