TAX SERVICE OF URAL IS DRIVING THE DRILLING RIGS CONSTRUCTOR TO BANKRUPTCY
The Arbitration Court of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug received an application from the tax authorities (FTS No. 6) about the bankruptcy of the Kama-Oil company. The details of the case are still unknown, since the court has not yet accepted the tax authorities' claim for proceedings. The amount of the claim is 1.59 million rubles.
It is known that the company was established in May 2018. The company, which employs about 450 people, is mainly engaged in the repair and installation of drilling rigs. Since 2020, the main beneficiary of the enterprise is Sergey Trunin. The head of the company is Nazir Karimov.
Judging by the files of arbitration cases, the tax authorities are not the only ones suing the company.
Earlier, VZD Service filed claims against company, which were accepted by the arbitration tribunal of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The plaintiff was seeking to recover more than 3.5 million rubles, relying on an equipment lease agreement concluded in early February 2017. The case No. À81-608 / 2021 is still pending.
At the end of last year, Transneft managed to recover 1.6 million rubles from Kama-Oil. The basis for the payment was a contract for the provision of oil transportation services. In May 2020, Transneft demanded the payment of a penalty for 2 thousand tons of oil, which the company from Nizhnevartovsk had not delivered earlier. As a result, the companies entered into an amicable agreement in October.
