TAX SERVICE OF RYAZAN IS DRIVING "YABLONOVSKIY GROUP" LLC TO BANKRUPTCY

An application to declare Yablonovskiy Group LLC insolvent was submitted to the arbitration court of Ryazan. The company has existed since 2018 and has been engaged in the field of financial investments consulting. The initiator of the case was the tax inspectorate, the debt to which amounted to more than 800 thousand rubles.

The founders of the company are the former spouses Juliana and Vyacheslav. The woman owns 100% of the authorized capital, and the man is the director of the company. Consulting on issues of commercial activity and management is indicated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities as the main activity of company, which means that there is no talk of any financial relationship.

Despite this, the company was previously inspected by the police officers and prosecutors, conducting an audit for fraud and the formation of a financial pyramid.

People who used the services of the company expressed fears that they might lose both their money and the promised interest on it, reports 62INFO.

As a result, the claim on initiation of a criminal case was rejected and the court of general jurisdiction began to consider claims to recover the transferred funds from the director of the company. At the moment, enforcement proceedings have already been initiated against the head of the company to collect debts in the amount of 2.4 million rubles.

As for the bankruptcy of Yablonovskiy Group LLC, the application has been left without progress until October 8 due to non-compliance with the tax requirements of procedural legislation.
