The "Combine of frame-building technologies" ("KKST"), located in Kurgan, was attacked by the tax authorities. The claim from the regional department of the Federal Tax Service was submitted to the Kurgan arbitration at the end of January 2023 (case no. A34-1109/2023). It was accepted for consideration last week. The declared amount of claims, according to the Definition of the AU of February 7, is more than 24.3 million.

Recently, this is the third application for the insolvency of the company. The first attempt at bankruptcy in December 2022 was made by the company "Don" (case no. A34-20510/2022). The firm subsequently withdrew its claim.

In January, Alexander Bezelt filed for bankruptcy of the company (case no. A34-779/2023). The amount of claims on the application is only 583.6 thousand. The application was accepted for production. The meeting on it is scheduled for February 21.

By the beginning of 2022, the company had almost half a billion rubles on its balance sheet. The company received 1.1 million net profit in 2021, and revenue amounted to 244.1 million. However, even a cursory review of the court file shows that in 2022 the firm was literally inundated with claims from clients and partners.

Last year, it became known about the administrative proceedings initiated against the company. It turned out that the management of the organization did not pay salaries to employees in case of dismissal. According to the tax authorities, KKST employs about 200 people.

According to information from open sources, the beneficiaries of the combine are Natalia Kuzovleva and Svetlana Kuznetsova. They own 45% and 10% of the capital, respectively. The remaining share is assigned to the business company.
