TAX AUTHORITIES WILL BANKRUPT A CAR REPAIR PLANT IN THE URALS
The Sverdlovsk arbitration Court received a bankruptcy claim from the tax service. The defendant in this case was CJSC "PARZ" ("Pervouralsky Automobile Repair Plant"). The amount of claims from the fiscal authority exceeds 28 million rubles. So far, the statement of the Federal Tax Service has been left without movement.

The last time the tax authorities tried to bankrupt PARZ was in 2020. Then the requirements of the Federal Tax Service amounted to 14.2 million.

The company is located in the village. Veresovka, specializes in the design of prefabricated buildings and their construction. It is curious that the tax authorities took the initiative at the very moment when there is a corporate conflict between the CEO and shareholders in the organization itself.

The CEO of PARZ, Grigory Maltsev, does not abandon attempts to appeal through arbitration against the decision to deprive him of his post. Its shareholders adopted it at an extraordinary meeting. VTB Registrar, as the holder of the company's registry, turned out to be a co-respondent in the process around the change of leadership.

Recall that at the beginning of 2022, the company came under the control of the Group of Companies "Kitstroyresurs". Its sole beneficiary is Maltsev.

The head of PARZ, Sergey Suslov, also appealed to the court with a request to convene a shareholders' meeting. In the meantime, the judiciary has introduced interim measures, prohibiting the tax service from re-registering any changes in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities related to the change of the company's executive body.

Against this background, the financial performance of the car repair company looks depressing. According to local media, the net loss in 2022 amounted to 9 million rubles, while the revenue was 24.3 million rubles.
