TAX AUTHORITIES OF NOVOSIBIRSK CITY DRIVING LIVNA PLANT TO BANKRUPTCY
The Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region has recently received a claim filed by the tax authorities for the bankruptcy of the Livna plant located in the city of Berdsk. In connection with violations of procedural legislation committed by the inspectorate of the FTS No. 3, the tax authorities' claim has so far been abandoned by the court. The amount of debt of the company is 774.5 thousand rubles.

The Siberian plant of decorative materials Livna is a well-known company in the region engaged in the production of varnishes and paints for repairs. It is one of the largest organizations in Berdsk, operating for over 20 years.

According to data from open sources, Livna is owned by businessman Konstantin Tolkachev.

And although the company ended 2019 with a small profit (31 thousand rubles), the financial condition of the plant raises serious concerns among market experts. The company's revenue in 2019 decreased by 38%, having amounted to less than 7 million rubles.

The representatives of the enterprise are in no hurry to comment on the statement of claim filed by the tax authorities. Despite the fact that the plant has not posted any information about vacancies in printed or digital media, the company continues to operate. The company's website contains product cards describing products that consumers can order or purchase at points of sale.
