Tax authorities initiate bankruptcy of Negusneft due to 7.9 billion rubles debt again
On February 18, the Arbitration Court of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug received another lawsuit from tax authorities demanding that Negusneft JSC be recognized insolvent (case No. A75-2814/2022).  The amount of claims is more than 7.912 billion rubles.

The application has not yet been accepted for consideration by the court. Earlier, the tax authorities have already tried to initiate a bankruptcy process.  On August 18, 2021, the MI FTS No. 3 for the largest taxpayers demanded a slightly lower amount (7,895,112,168 rubles) in case No. A75-13089/2021.
On February 16, a resolution of Judge Kuznetzova, refusing to introduce a surveillance procedure at the enterprise, was published.
Sources link the oil and gas company, located in Raduzhny (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug), with the bankrupt Alexei Khotin and the Rus-Oil group of companies.  This is not the first time the firm has been on the news agenda.  In May 2020, regional media wrote about an appeal to the prosecutor's office drawn up by the employees of the enterprise.

Then it turned out that the employees of the company did not receive a salary for more than three months.  The State Labor Inspectorate also received a corresponding complaint.  The company's 3,000 staff members demanded that the supervisory authorities should verify compliance with the labor laws in order to bring violators to justice in case of discrepancies.

The Federal Tax Service also filed an insolvency claim in mid-December 2020.  Then the amount of claim was more than 1 billion rubles.  According to the tax authorities, the company was in debt with the payment of mandatory payments, among which a significant part of the debt to the treasury was VAT obligations.
