SBERBANK THREATENS TO DRIVE A FARM FROM POLEVSKOE TO BANKRUPTCY
Information about possible bankruptcy of a large farm in the Sverdlovsk region was made public on the Fedresurs website a few days ago. A farm from Polevskoe owes money to Sberbank, which now demands that the agricultural producer be declared insolvent through arbitration.

The farm is owned by Pavel Dergachev. The organization gained fame in 2016, when a large family asked the president for several piglets as a New Year's gift. As a result, a gift to the residents of the village of Bolshoi Turysh was made by the farm, which owned 2.7 thousand piglets at that time.
Experts suggest that the threat of Sberbank, published on Fedresurse, is just a way to speed up the debt collection. According to the Yekaterinburg lawyer Artyom Komsyukov, the credit institution's claim may be of a security nature associated with the debts of the peasant farm of Svetlana Dergacheva.
The Lira-Agro company took over the bankruptcy of the farm at the end of 2020. The farm went under surveillance. It is known that along with the debt of 4.1 million rubles to the plaintiff, Sberbank's claim of 23.6 million rubles was also included in the register of obligations. It is possible that the pledger in this case was precisely the farm from Polevskoe.
In July 2021, the Sverdlovsk Arbitration Court considered a case, in which Sberbank recovered the farm equipment, which is the subject of a pledge. All in all, judging by the data from the card index of the arbitration courts, the farm owes about 1.6 million rubles in 12 claims that were considered by the courts over the past year.

It is known that a farm from Polevskoe owns four retail outlets in the Urals. It produces 25 tons of meat products every month. Despite the decrease in the company's revenue from 53.7 million to 44.9 million rubles, 2020 brought the livestock business a net profit of 10.9 million.
