SARATOV PRINTING PLANT IS ON THE VERGE OF BANKRUPTCY
The Arbitration Court of the Saratov Region is considering a case on the recognition of insolvency of Saratov Printing Plant JSC. The initiator of the process was the Moscow CJSC InTech. At the moment, the court is considering the issue of the validity of the submitted application.
The basis for filing a claim on the insolvency of the enterprise was the debt to the creditor for the lease of an offset printing machine. Under the terms of the agreement, the execution of the contract provided for the subsequent purchase of the leased goods. At some point, the debtor company not only stopped paying under the contract, but also refused to buy out the leased equipment.
Then the total amount of claims within the debt exceeded 10 million rubles, and it was not possible to recover it.
The plant itself did not take part in the consideration of disputes and did not even submit written positions regarding the stated claims to the court.
Saratov
Printing Plant JSC carries out activities for the production of printed
materials. The plant is owned by the Federal Property Management Agency, which
has been unsuccessfully trying to sell securities and property of the
enterprise for several years. The price of the company has fallen by half during
this time, while the sale may be hampered by the owner's desire to preserve the
profile of the company after its alienation.
