ROSSELKHOZNADZOR DEMANDS FROM ALMAPRAIM MORE THAN 6 BILLION

JSC "Rosselkhoznadzor" appealed to the Arbitration Court of Moscow with a claim for 6.6 billion rubles. The relevant information is published in the file of arbitration cases.

The defendants are Almapraim JSC, PromGazEnergo LLC, PNP-Nefteservice LLC, YUG-Gazenergoresurs LLC, So-Ga-Zo-yl JSC, MITORD LLC.

The dispute allegedly arose due to surety agreements concluded by the defendants with the bank to secure the obligations of Negusneft JSC under the loan agreement, under the terms of which the borrower received a loan of 190 million US dollars.

In addition, the bank filed a claim to the court to foreclose on the shares of JSC "Spectrum-Life", the defendant in which is also JSC "Almapraim".

At the moment, it is known that the claim is due to the presence of shares pledged by JSC "Rosselkhoznadzor", the 100% stake was valued at $ 6.6 billion.

According to various sources, Almapraim JSC is associated with Alexey Khotin, a number of whose structures the bank intends to declare bankrupt.
