The claim of the Federal Property Management Agency against Norilsk Nickel was submitted to the arbitration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The amount of claims is 3.5 billion rubles.
According to the press service of the court, a gratuitous use agreement has been concluded between the plaintiff and the defendant in respect of a number of facilities of the Norilsk Railway. Earlier, the Federal Property Management Agency had already sued the company for railway infrastructure (case no. A33-17177/2021).
In a new application to the court, the federal executive authority intends to recover from the defendant all income for the operation of railway facilities.
However, representatives of Norilsk Nickel consider the claim of the Federal Property Management Agency inappropriate. According to the defendant's representatives, the company has already paid more than 220 million rubles in favor of the state.
