PRINCE HARRY AND MEGAN MARKLE ARE SUING JOURNALISTS

Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle applied to the court because of the photos of their 14-month-old son Archie taken from a drone.

In their lawsuit, the couple claimed that some journalists launched drones over their private house three times a day to get photographs of the child. Moreover, the paparazzi made holes in the fence to observe the couple, and also tried to photograph them from a helicopter.

The boiling point for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was the news that photographs of their son were taken for sale.

At the same time, there is no specific defendant in their claim, as this column includes "unidentified persons" who illegally took pictures and violated the inviolability of private life.
