PLASTIC PROCESSING PLANT OF TVER REGION IS ON THE BRINK OF BANKRUPTCY
PLASTIC PROCESSING PLANT OF TVER REGION IS ON THE BRINK OF BANKRUPTCY
On July 5, the Moscow Arbitration Court received a claim for the insolvency of the country's oldest plastic processing enterprise. Nelidovsky Plant of Plastic Materials (NPPM JSC) is registered in Moscow, but the company's production facilities are located in the city of Nelidovo in the south-west of the Tver Region.
The initiator of the bankruptcy was the Partner company from Yaroslavl. At the end of 2019, the company won a lawsuit (case No.A40-288549) to collect 4.1 million rubles of debt under a loan agreement. The court also collected more than 1.26 million rubles from NPPM JSC as interest for the use of other people's funds. At the same time, an annoying misprint was made in the final decision of the court - the Nelidovsky plant was named Nevsky. It is known that the Partner company received the rights of claim as a result of multiple assignments from the original creditor (NelidovPressMash) through the ISV-Group and Personnel firms.
The arbitration court rejected another similar claim (case No. À40-288561 / 19) from the same legal entities in the amount of more than 3.24 million rubles in May last year.
One of the reasons for its rejection was the lack of a seal on the transfer of rights document and inaccurate information about the assignors and assignees.
The bankruptcy claim has not been accepted by the court yet. At the same time, the information about the intention to bankrupt the enterprise was previously published on the Fedresurs portal not only by the Partner company. Even earlier, on May 28, 2021, such a message was published by the YURCAPITAL company.
The company in Nelidovo was founded in the late 1960s. In 1956, a decree was issued on the construction of the enterprise itself, where the production of fluoroplastics was planned. By 1973, the plant was fully operational. In 1993, privatization took place, and Nelidovsky Plant of Plastic Materials (NPPM JSC) was established. The company itself was registered in Moscow. Its authorized capital exceeds 26 million rubles, and the plant employs about 100 workers.
In January 2021, the head of NPPM Dmitry Mikhalchenko died from COVID-19. It is known that he was the founder and co-owner of many companies located in Nelidovo.
Today, the plant is represented by 25 buildings and structures, located on 19 hectares.
The company manufactures products from foamed polyethylene under the Isonel brand, as well as many other materials used in construction and automotive industry.
