On March 13, 2023, a credit institution applied to the Novosibirsk arbitration court, demanding that the company "Vitamax" (CJSC) from Novosibirsk be declared insolvent (case no. A45-6195/2023). The company has been operating in the pharmaceutical market of the Russian Federation since 1999. The amount of the bank's claims against CJSC exceeds 120 million rubles.
Previously, the organization took part in more than 5.5 thousand public procurement. The total amount of contracts concluded by the firm amounted to 6.3 billion. The company was mainly engaged in the supply of medical equipment and medicines. In the regions, the company is known as a supplier of vitamins, dietary supplements and various medicines.
The company "Vitamax" is managed by Alexey Kalichkin. The organization also owns exclusive rights to the brands "Fotoditazin" and "Vitamax", local media specify.
In February, the firm "Alvitfarm" from Barnaul announced its intention to recognize the insolvency of "Vitamax". The fate of this conflict remains in question.
In April last year, the company "JP" filed a lawsuit against "Vitamax" in court. The distributor demanded more than 15 million rubles from the defendant, writes RBC. But the lawsuit was dismissed due to a government moratorium on bankruptcy.
