NOVOSIBIRSK PASTA FACTORY ON THE VERGE OF BANKRUPTCY

The Federal Tax Service is trying to initiate the bankruptcy of the Novosibirsk Pasta Factory (NMF LLC). The arbitration of the region received an application from the Interregional Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 17 on the recognition of the organization as insolvent (case No. A45-27366/2023).

The tax authorities demand 1,489,981,56 rubles from the company. So far, the claim of the fiscal authorities has been left without motion by the court due to numerous procedural violations. To correct them, the employees of the Federal Tax Service have less than a month left (until October 27).

In its current form, the LLC has existed since 2014. The company became the legal successor of the eponymous JSC, registered in 2008. The organization produces pasta. The main owner of the enterprise is the Oberon Group company.

According to open sources, the company has never made a profit in recent years. In 2022, losses were halved, amounting to 4 million rubles (compared to 8.4 million a year earlier). At the same time, the revenue of the pasta factory fell 15 times from 56 million in 2021 to 3.5 million in 2022. Officially, there is one employee at the factory – the general director of the enterprise, Alexander Menzanar.

The official website of the factory, noting the work of its highly qualified specialists and the availability of modern Italian equipment (the Braibanti line), calls the factory one of the oldest enterprises in Novosibirsk. It is reported that the brick found during the reconstruction of the production indicated the date of foundation – 1912. Local historians call the date of foundation of a small enterprise 2010. It was then that the factory was organized on the basis of the mill of the Siberian Flour Mill partnership.

It is known that NMF has the exclusive right to the Lukanin trademark. However, it is not yet clear whether the tax authorities will be able to launch the bankruptcy process of the factory. It is not known whether there is any property on the balance sheet of the organization that allows you to close debts in the event of its sale.
