The entrepreneur owns 32.5% of the shares of PJSC "Far Eastern Shipping Company".

The parent structure of the Fesco Group - PJSC Far Eastern Shipping Company (DVMP) – requires over 80 billion rubles from one of the key shareholders Ziyavudin Magomedov and several offshore companies. The claim was filed on October 25 in the Arbitration Court of Moscow.

The corresponding claim is registered in the file of arbitration cases. At the same time, the details of the case are currently unknown.

The defendants in the lawsuit include SGS Universal Investment Holdings Ltd, registered in the British Virgin Islands, Cyprus Maple Ridge Ltd, Smartilicious Consulting Ltd and Enviartia Consulting Ltd, as well as Felix, L.P. (Cayman Islands).

According to Vedomosti, entrepreneur Ziyavudin Magomedov owns 32.5% of the shares of PJSC Far Eastern Shipping Company. Mikhail Rabinovich owns another 26.5%, and Andrey Severilov owns 23.8%.
