MORE THAN 260 MILLION: LAMODA FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST PICKPOINT
The claim of LLC Kupishuz ("La Moda") against LLC Network of Automated Pick-up points (PickPoint delivery service) was filed with the Arbitration Court of Moscow (case no. A40-237413/22). At the moment, it is left without movement due to the lack of evidence of payment of the state fee.
An agency agreement was concluded between Lamoda and LLC "Network of Automated Pick-up Points", under the terms of which the defendant assumed obligations to accept funds from the plaintiff's clients as payment for orders of goods and subsequent settlement with the plaintiff in accordance with the procedure established by the contract.
At the same time, as of September of this year, the defendant had a substantial debt under the contract to the plaintiff (more than 257 million rubles), which he recognizes and does not dispute.
Thus, Lamoda demands to recover the specified debt from PickPoint, as well as a contractual penalty in the amount of 4.5 million rubles.
