More than 100 complaints were filed with the police against the ‘Symbiosis Finance’ financial pyramid

The company ‘Symbiosis Finance’ from Yekaterinburg was recognized as a financial pyramid on September, 15. After that, the head of the organization accused the employees of the Bank of Russia of the raider attack, claiming that he knew the perpetrators and would submit the necessary evidence to the prosecutor's office and the FSS. After that, as reported by the press service of the Yekaterinburg Department of Internal Affairs, more than 100 citizens turned to the police with complaints and demands to bring the company's management to justice.

In early September, the Central Bank started updating the register of companies, the activities of which are carried out illegally in the Russian financial market. And although the list then had eight organizations from the Sverdlovsk region, Symbios Finance Club LLC turned out to be a company on which the regulator dwelt in detail in its address to the public.

The representatives of the Bank of Russia noted that the organization's activities were carried out according to the network marketing model.

Investment contracts promising 80% yield per year, the ability to purchase transport and real estate at half price - such information was posted on the company's website and in its advertisements. At the same time, it was not possible to obtain any data on the real financial condition of the company, despite the fact that the company's offices were opened not only in the Urals, but also in Moscow, Abakan, Ufa and other cities of the country.

The company, which presents itself on its website as a community of investment and auction specialists in bankruptcy cases, was far from the only one on the Central Bank’s black list. Today there are already more than 2.2 thousand companies. However, after the high-profile case with the Finiko financial pyramid, which Rusbankrot published in early August, it was not difficult to predict the reaction of people.

Symbiosis Finance was founded in October 2020. The leaders of the company are Artem Kobysh (development director) and Dmitry Rassokhin.

According to the rating-market.com website, Kobysh previously worked as a realtor, having collected not the most flattering reviews about his activities on the Internet, including accusations of misconduct.

The personality of Dmitry Rassokhin turned out to be very interesting. The name and surname of the head of the organization completely coincides with the personal data of a well-known scientist-hypnotherapist in the region, who has numerous titles and degrees (Doctor of Philosophy, Candidate of Psychological Sciences). Experts suggest that such a coincidence was not accidental and the creators of the ‘scam’ used it for more effective promotion among customers.
