METAL PRODUCING PLANT IS DRIVEN TO BANKRUPTCY IN ORENBURG
InProm enterprise has accumulated over 6.5 million in debt to the capital's metal trader. The company applied to the regional arbitration court at the end of June. In total, claims in the amount of about 9.5 million rubles have been filed against the plant since the beginning of the year.
The company specializes in the production of a wide range of cabinet, assembly and specialized metal products for the energy industry. It is noteworthy that 3 years ago the plant won the ‘100 best goods of Russia’ prize. But in 2020, the company's business began to worsen: it did not pay off the debts to counterparties. New debt appeared and started to grow. Then the plant was unable to pay off the bills of the Moscow and Orenburg suppliers.
As a result, the total amount of current debt is 9 times larger than the company's annual profit.
Some claims have already been satisfied and the collection procedure has begun. Since the end of May, tax authorities have blocked the company's accounts in 4 banks.
The owner of ‘InProm’ is Alexey Kashin and its CEO is Rustam Litfullin - they are well-known people in the business community of the region.
